Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your item.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. A £99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. 

We understand that unpackaged items will not fit back into their original packaging. The return carrier will handle repackaging during collection.  Returns usually take 1–2 weeks to process, depending on local carrier availability.

To initiate a return please contact our team at hello@rovelab.uk with the following information; 

  • Which item(s) you wish to return
  • Whether the item(s) are still boxed or have been opened
  • If opened, clear photos showing their original condition
  • Your reason for return

Damages or Defects

Please open and inspect your order within one week of delivery.  If you discover an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@rovelab.uk with a description and photographs or videos of the issue.  For damaged or defective items, resolutions may include a replacement, a discount, or a refund, depending on the situation.  Any replacement orders provided will be sent out with a signature required delivery service.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for final sale, free/promotional items or gift cards.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from the Rove Lab website; returns/claims for third-party or reseller purchases cannot be processed.
  • Returns can only be collected from the original shipping address.
  • We do not accept partial returns. For example, if you purchased an M1 Sofa Sectional, individual components such as an ottoman or armless seat cannot be returned separately. Items must be returned in the complete configuration as listed on your invoice.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to arrange a return for the incorrect order and place a new order for the correct item once your return is approved.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are void from warranty and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm the correct items and their original condition, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, minus the £99 return fee.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at hello@rovelab.uk.
